Ski Fit Exercises
Skiing is physically very demanding. To make sure you get the most from your ski holiday, it is recommended that you get “ski fit”. Click here to learn about some useful exercises designed specifically for skiers.
Equipment Hire
This year, any necessary equipment will be available to purchase and/or hire from Sub32. More information will be given at the parents’ evening in October. Order forms are available from Mr Pegler and should be returned either direct to Sub32 or to Student Services before October half-term. This will ensure purchased items are delivered before Christmas.
Dry Slope Skiing
Dry skiing sessions are held well in advance of the ski trip in order to give everyone an opportunity to learn the ‘basics’ before setting off. Coaches will depart lower school at around 3:40 and return at approximately 7:30pm. Students DO NOT need to leave lessons early.
Please remember to bring skiing socks, gloves and a jacket with you as you will not be allowed to access the slopes unprotected!
